Northern Virginia Chamber Announces 2017 Outstanding Corporate Citizenship Awards Nominees


Tysons, Va.
– The Northern Virginia Chamber of Commerce (Northern Virginia Chamber) today announced the nominees for the 2017 Outstanding Corporate Citizenship Awards to be presented at the organization’s Annual Chairman’s Luncheon on Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner.

Presented across seven categories, the awards honor extraordinary business leadership and above-and-beyond corporate social responsibility (CSR). The nominations period took place from January-March 2017. An independent selection committee reviewed the applications. From the selected pool of nominees, judges chose finalists and winners who will be announced live at the event.

 “One of the most impressive achievements of the Northern Virginia business community is the many ways in which our businesses and leaders give back to the community where they live, work, and play,” said Jim Corcoran, Northern Virginia Chamber President & CEO. “This year’s nominees have made an impact and created a stronger community – they are all truly outstanding corporate citizens.”
